Is live translation included on the free plan?
Yes. Live translation in 60+ languages is part of both Slate plans. On Free it works within your 100 monthly minutes; on Pro there's no monthly limit.
What happens when I hit my free limit?
You keep full access to every note and transcript you've already made in Slate. To record beyond the free 100 minutes, upgrade to Pro, or wait for your monthly reset.
Does one subscription cover iPhone and Mac?
Yes. One Slate Pro subscription unlocks Pro on iPhone, Apple Watch and Mac, wherever you bought it. Just sign in with the same account on each device.
How do I cancel?
Bought on the website or Mac: Settings → Manage subscription in Slate for Mac, or the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, opens the customer portal. Bought on iPhone: manage it through your Apple ID. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Can I expense my subscription?
Yes. When you buy Slate Pro on the website or Mac, Lemon Squeezy sends a proper receipt with VAT/tax info, usable for tax deductions or expense reports.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
Not yet. Slate is built for individuals: single-user, no seats, no admin console. If you have specific needs, email us at developer@ravenna.digital.
