How we collect, use, and protect your information at Ravenna Tech UG.
Ravenna Tech UG ("we", "us", or "our") is the controller of personal data collected through our website and non-gaming iOS applications.
This Privacy Policy applies to users of our website, iOS applications, and support channels. It explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and California privacy law.
Our apps use Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), an analytics service provided by Google LLC. Firebase Analytics collects data including device model, operating system version, app-instance identifiers, IP address (used to determine approximate location), and app usage events (such as screen views, session duration, and in-app interactions).
This data is processed by Google under its role as a data processor on our behalf. We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our apps, measure app performance, and improve the user experience.
For more information on how Google collects and processes data, please visit How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and Firebase Privacy and Security.
You can limit data collection by adjusting your device's advertising and tracking settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to manage app tracking permissions.
Our apps use the Facebook Ads SDK (also known as Meta SDK), provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Facebook Ads SDK collects data including device identifiers (such as IDFA and IDFV), IP address, app events (such as app installs, launches, purchases, and in-app actions), device information (such as device model, operating system version, and language), and advertising-related data used for ad targeting, measurement, and attribution.
This data is transmitted to Meta and processed in accordance with Meta's data processing terms. We use the Facebook Ads SDK to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, attribute app installs and conversions, create custom and lookalike audiences for ad targeting, and optimize ad delivery.
For more information on how Meta collects and processes data, please visit Meta Privacy Policy and Facebook for Developers — Privacy.
On iOS, the app will request your permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before collecting your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for tracking purposes. You can manage this permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under these bases:
We share data with third-party service providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, attribution, and marketing operations. This includes Google LLC, which processes analytics data through Firebase Analytics, and Meta Platforms, Inc., which processes advertising and analytics data through the Facebook Ads SDK, each on our behalf. We require such providers to process personal data under contractual safeguards.
Under California law, certain marketing or analytics transfers may be considered "sharing" or "selling" personal information. You may opt out of such processing by contacting us.
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and as required by legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Subject to conditions and local law, you may request:
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share. You may also have the right to opt out of sale/sharing and to limit use of sensitive personal information (if applicable). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
These rights are provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and related regulations administered by the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA).
Our apps and services are not directed to children under the age defined by applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
To exercise GDPR or California privacy rights, email your request with the subject line "Privacy Request".
